The 2007 Chicagoland Golf Cup Matches 

The weather was perfect for the 5th annual Chicagoland golf cup matches with NIMAGA ( Northern Illinois Men's Amatuer Golf Association) looking for it's first win over the WCGT ( Weekly Challenge Golf Tour). The event was held at the Village Links G. C. in Glen Ellyn. The Blue tees set at 6770 yards were used so it was a challenge for all the 16 players on each side. The early scores had NIMAGA off to a 9-3 lead however the WCGT troops in the end overtook NIMAGA and the WCGT won it's fifth straight match 13 1/2 to 10 1/2.

Capt Mike Zicha of the WCGT was the happy leader.
